Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing credits, submitting a generation request, uploading reference images, downloading outputs, or otherwise using ImagePackAI, you agree to these Terms.

If you use ImagePackAI on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use ImagePackAI.

ImagePackAI provides AI-powered image generation tools that allow users to create images from text prompts, uploaded reference images, generation settings, and related inputs.

The service may include free credits, paid credit packs, account management, generation history, downloads, model selection, and other features we make available from time to time.

ImagePackAI may rely on third-party AI model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, and security providers to operate the service.

Available features, models, quality modes, aspect ratios, output counts, credit costs, and download options may change based on product decisions, reliability, cost, safety, provider availability, and legal requirements.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must not use ImagePackAI if you are barred from using the service under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it reasonably up to date.

We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear to involve abuse, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, security risks, or unlawful activity.

You may need an account to generate images, receive free credits, purchase credits, or access generation history.

Credits are consumed when you submit image generation requests, and the required amount may depend on the selected model, quality mode, output count, aspect ratio, reference image usage, and other settings. The credit cost is shown before you submit a request.

Credits have no cash value, are not a stored value product, are not a bank account, do not earn interest, and cannot be exchanged for money.

Free credits, promotional credits, and paid credits may have different eligibility rules, usage limits, expiration rules, or abuse-prevention restrictions.

We do not provide partial refunds, cash redemption, or prorated refunds based on remaining, unused, bonus, free, promotional, or trial credits, except where required by law or expressly approved by us in writing.

If a generation fails because of a technical error, ImagePackAI may automatically return the credits used for that failed request. Requests blocked by content safety rules or upstream provider usage rules may be rejected before generation completes. Credits are not automatically returned because you dislike the creative result, changed your mind, or submitted an unclear prompt.

Credit purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charge, taxes, fees, and currency conversion costs shown at checkout.

We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment providers may process payment details under their own terms and privacy policies.

Credit packs are digital products. Once credits are delivered to your account, purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as described in these Terms.

We may refuse, cancel, or review purchases that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, high-risk, or inconsistent with these Terms.

You are responsible for all prompts, reference images, settings, and other materials you submit to ImagePackAI.

You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases required to submit reference images or other inputs, including any personal data, likenesses, copyrighted material, trademarks, logos, or confidential material included in those inputs.

Reference images may be processed by ImagePackAI and selected upstream providers to complete generation requests, enforce safety rules, troubleshoot failures, or maintain service reliability.

AI systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, biased, offensive, infringing, unsafe, or low-quality outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, selling, or relying on them.

ImagePackAI may block prompts, reject uploads, moderate outputs, throttle usage, or refuse generation requests to protect users, providers, the service, and third parties.

ImagePackAI provides tools and infrastructure for generating images. We do not pre-approve, verify, endorse, or certify the legality, ownership, accuracy, safety, quality, or commercial suitability of your inputs or outputs.

Third-party providers may impose their own technical, safety, usage, retention, output, licensing, and legal requirements. Commercial use, licensing, restrictions, and rights clearance depend on the upstream model or service used, its policies, your inputs, and the actual output.

You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, releases, licenses, consents, disclosures, and approvals before using outputs, including for people, likenesses, trademarks, logos, brands, products, architecture, artwork, copyrighted material, and private property.

If you use ImagePackAI outputs in advertising, commerce, publishing, professional work, regulated industries, public communications, political contexts, or other sensitive settings, you are responsible for human review, legal review, factual review, and any required AI-generated content disclosure.

You must not present AI-generated or AI-edited content as authentic, human-made, documentary, or officially endorsed where doing so would be deceptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform rules or industry requirements.

As between you and ImagePackAI, you retain rights you already have in your prompts, uploads, and other materials you submit. You grant ImagePackAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use those materials as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use the generated outputs that ImagePackAI makes available to you, including for commercial purposes, unless a specific model, provider, plan, or feature states otherwise.

AI-generated images may not be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. ImagePackAI does not provide legal, copyright, trademark, patent, commercial-use, or brand-safety clearance, and does not guarantee that outputs are original, copyrightable, trademark-safe, commercially safe, patent-safe, free from third-party rights, or suitable for a particular use.

ImagePackAI does not add its own visible watermark to downloaded results, but upstream models or services may apply markings, invisible signals, metadata, provenance labels, or other technical indicators according to their own policies.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your inputs and outputs can be lawfully used in your intended context, including advertising, editorial, product packaging, merchandise, regulated industries, public figures, likeness rights, and brand usage.

ImagePackAI strictly prohibits NSFW, sexual, explicit, or harmful content. Prompts, reference images, and generated outputs may be reviewed under our safety policy and upstream provider usage rules; prohibited requests may be rejected, and repeated violations may lead to account restrictions or suspension.

Disallowed content includes child sexual abuse material or sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content, graphic sexual content, hateful or harassing content, violent extremism, instructions for wrongdoing, self-harm encouragement, deceptive political or public-interest content, impersonation, privacy-invasive content, biometric identification, sensitive attribute inference, illegal goods or services, and content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

You must not use ImagePackAI to create, request, upload, publish, distribute, or facilitate illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, non-consensual intimate, violent extremist, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited content.

You must not impersonate people, mislead viewers about real events, create deceptive political or public-interest content, violate publicity or privacy rights, or use outputs in a way that could reasonably cause harm.

You must not bypass or interfere with safety systems, rate limits, payment limits, access controls, security measures, provider restrictions, or usage metering.

You must not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, benchmark for competing services, or use automated access against ImagePackAI unless we expressly authorize it in writing.

Available models may include third-party image generation models such as OpenAI image models, Google Gemini image models, and other providers, and the exact list may change as upstream providers update availability, pricing, quality, safety behavior, or reliability.

Your prompts, reference images, settings, metadata, and related information may be sent to third-party model providers when needed to generate images or enforce safety rules.

Third-party providers may impose their own technical, safety, usage, retention, output, licensing, and legal requirements. Commercial use, licensing, restrictions, and rights clearance depend on the upstream model or service used, its policies, your inputs, and the actual output. Your use of a model through ImagePackAI must comply with applicable provider requirements.

ImagePackAI does not control third-party model behavior, training data, moderation decisions, provider uptime, provider retention practices, provider safety filters, or provider changes to model capabilities.

ImagePackAI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by any third-party model provider unless expressly stated. Provider names, model names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We aim to keep ImagePackAI reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

Generation quality, speed, model behavior, moderation results, credit costs, account features, and output availability may vary.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of ImagePackAI at any time, including where required by providers, law, security risks, abuse prevention, or business needs.

We are not responsible for delays, outages, degraded results, lost outputs, unavailable providers, failed payments, or other issues caused by third parties or events outside our reasonable control.

Generation history and downloadable files are provided for convenience. ImagePackAI is not a permanent archive, backup service, asset management system, or legal recordkeeping service.

Outputs, uploaded reference images, URLs, metadata, and generation history may be deleted, expire, become unavailable, or be removed because of storage limits, abuse prevention, account status, provider requirements, security incidents, legal obligations, or product changes.

You are responsible for downloading and backing up outputs that you want to keep.

You may stop using ImagePackAI at any time. You may contact us to request account deletion where supported by law and our operational requirements.

We may suspend, terminate, restrict, or delete accounts, credits, generation history, uploads, or outputs if we believe these Terms, our policies, law, provider requirements, or security requirements have been violated.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, user responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute-related provisions.

ImagePackAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not provide legal, financial, medical, professional, copyright-clearance, trademark-clearance, or brand-safety advice. You should obtain appropriate professional review before using outputs in sensitive, regulated, high-risk, or commercial contexts.

We do not warrant that outputs will be accepted by marketplaces, social platforms, ad networks, app stores, print vendors, rights holders, regulators, clients, employers, or any other third party.

We do not warrant that prompts, uploads, settings, or outputs will remain private from third-party providers where processing by those providers is necessary to deliver the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImagePackAI and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, business, reputation, or expected savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to ImagePackAI will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to ImagePackAI for credits in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limits, so some of the above limits may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ImagePackAI and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your inputs, outputs, use of ImagePackAI, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at the email below and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot be limited by contract.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Content Policy, Copyright Policy, and any checkout terms shown to you, make up the agreement between you and ImagePackAI for the service.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, platform migration, or similar transaction.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonable. Your continued use of ImagePackAI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
