This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, payment pages, model provider services, browser extensions, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from ImagePackAI.

We may collect generation information such as prompts, uploaded reference images, selected model, aspect ratio, quality mode, output count, generated image URLs, generation status, credits used, error messages, timestamps, and generation history.

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, buttons clicked, outgoing links, session events, performance data, diagnostics, and security logs.

Provider processing may include automated safety checks, abuse detection, logging, retention, human review in limited cases, or other handling described in the provider's own policies. ImagePackAI does not control those provider policies.

You should review the policies that apply to any third-party provider if your use case involves sensitive, regulated, commercial, or high-risk material.

If you download, publish, sell, license, post, or otherwise share generated images outside ImagePackAI, that use may be governed by the rules of the platform, marketplace, client, employer, publisher, or other third party where the image is used.

ImagePackAI is not responsible for how third parties treat outputs after you export or share them, including takedown requests, account penalties, advertising rejections, marketplace moderation, copyright claims, or platform labeling requirements.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, provider security features, and infrastructure protections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
