ImagePackAI policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-20. This Privacy Policy explains how ImagePackAI collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and AI image generation service.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to ImagePackAI websites, account features, AI image generation tools, credit purchases, generation history, support interactions, and related online services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, payment pages, model provider services, browser extensions, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from ImagePackAI.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your email address, authentication provider, verification status, account ID, login status, sign-in timestamps, credit balance, purchase history, support messages, and account settings.

We may collect generation information such as prompts, uploaded reference images, selected model, aspect ratio, quality mode, output count, generated image URLs, generation status, credits used, error messages, timestamps, and generation history.

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, buttons clicked, outgoing links, session events, performance data, diagnostics, and security logs.

We may receive purchase and checkout information from payment providers, such as payment status, product purchased, transaction identifiers, billing email, tax information, fraud signals, and chargeback information. We do not store full credit card numbers.

If you contact us, we may collect the information you provide in the request, including your contact details, screenshots, logs, and support history.

Prompts, Uploads, and Generated Images

When you submit prompts, reference images, or generation settings, we process them to create outputs, show generation history, provide downloads, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the reliability of ImagePackAI.

Reference images may be processed by ImagePackAI and selected upstream providers to complete generation requests, enforce safety rules, troubleshoot failures, or maintain service reliability.

Reference images and generated images may be stored using cloud storage so that you can view, download, and reuse your generation history.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, private documents, regulated data, or content you are not authorized to use.

If your inputs include other people, private locations, branded assets, copyrighted works, or business-confidential material, you are responsible for having permission to provide those materials and for deciding whether ImagePackAI is appropriate for that use.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect the service, remember interface preferences, operate checkout and account features, measure usage, debug reliability, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Some technologies are necessary for ImagePackAI to work. Optional analytics technologies help us understand product usage and improve the service.

The cookie and local storage sections below explain these technologies in more detail.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide image generation, create and manage accounts, verify email addresses, keep you signed in, calculate and deduct credits, process purchases, deliver credit packs, store generation history, make outputs downloadable, and provide customer support.

We use information to monitor reliability, debug errors, detect abuse, enforce rate limits, prevent fraud, protect accounts, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms and policies, and respond to lawful requests.

We use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage trends, improve features, evaluate model performance, plan pricing, and improve the safety and reliability of ImagePackAI.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate ImagePackAI, including cloud hosting, storage, database, queue, email delivery, authentication, analytics, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and security providers.

We share prompts, reference images, generation settings, and related metadata with third-party AI model providers when needed to generate images, operate safety systems, troubleshoot failures, or comply with provider requirements.

We may share information if required by law, legal process, government request, security investigation, fraud prevention, enforcement of our Terms, protection of rights and safety, or a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Third-Party AI Providers

ImagePackAI may route generation requests to third-party model providers such as OpenAI, Google, BytePlus, Zhipu AI, or other providers depending on the model you select and provider availability.

Those providers may process inputs and outputs under their own legal terms, privacy policies, safety policies, and technical requirements.

Third-party providers may impose their own technical, safety, usage, retention, output, licensing, and legal requirements. Commercial use, licensing, restrictions, and rights clearance depend on the upstream model or service used, its policies, your inputs, and the actual output.

Provider processing may include automated safety checks, abuse detection, logging, retention, human review in limited cases, or other handling described in the provider's own policies. ImagePackAI does not control those provider policies.

You should review the policies that apply to any third-party provider if your use case involves sensitive, regulated, commercial, or high-risk material.

Public Sharing and Third-Party Platforms

If you download, publish, sell, license, post, or otherwise share generated images outside ImagePackAI, that use may be governed by the rules of the platform, marketplace, client, employer, publisher, or other third party where the image is used.

ImagePackAI is not responsible for how third parties treat outputs after you export or share them, including takedown requests, account penalties, advertising rejections, marketplace moderation, copyright claims, or platform labeling requirements.

Security and Retention

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, provider security features, and infrastructure protections. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ImagePackAI, maintain generation history, manage purchases and credits, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, aggregate, de-identify, or retain it in backup, audit, security, or legal records as permitted by law.

International Processing

ImagePackAI and its service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.

Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

Your Choices and Rights

You can choose not to provide certain information, but some ImagePackAI features may not work without it.

You may use browser settings to control cookies and local storage. Disabling necessary technologies may prevent login, purchases, generation history, or other account features from working correctly.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for certain personal information. To make a request, contact us using the email below.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request, and some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or operational reasons.

Children

ImagePackAI is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone below the minimum age required to use online services in their jurisdiction.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to ImagePackAI without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonable.

What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies can also store or read information on your device or browser.

These technologies help websites remember state, keep accounts secure, measure usage, improve performance, and provide core product features.

Technologies We Use

ImagePackAI may use first-party cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, maintain session state, remember interface preferences, manage account features, support generation history, and protect against abuse.

Our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for hosting, security, analytics, email verification, checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and service diagnostics.

The exact technologies may change as we improve ImagePackAI, change infrastructure, add features, or update service providers.

Strictly Necessary Technologies

Strictly necessary technologies are required for ImagePackAI to work. They may support login, authentication, account security, CSRF protection, email verification, credit balance, checkout state, generation requests, downloads, abuse prevention, and fraud detection.

Because these technologies are necessary to provide the service, they cannot be fully disabled through ImagePackAI without affecting core functionality.

Analytics and Performance

We may use analytics technologies, including OpenPanel or similar providers, to understand page views, product usage, feature engagement, outgoing links, performance, and reliability.

Analytics helps us identify broken flows, improve generation tools, evaluate pricing and credit usage, and prioritize product improvements.

Where practical, we use analytics in a way that focuses on product behavior rather than collecting unnecessary personal information.

Consent and Regional Controls

Depending on your location and applicable law, some cookies or similar technologies may require consent or provide opt-out choices.

Where required, we may show consent controls, honor browser or platform-level choices, or limit optional technologies until a choice is made.

Necessary technologies that support login, security, credit accounting, checkout, generation, and fraud prevention may continue to operate because they are required to provide the service.

Payment, Security, and Third-Party Technologies

When you purchase credits, payment providers and checkout services may use cookies or similar technologies to process payments, prevent fraud, calculate taxes, manage checkout sessions, and meet legal obligations.

Cloud infrastructure and security providers may use technologies to route traffic, protect against attacks, detect suspicious activity, maintain service reliability, and support legal or security compliance.

Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy and cookie policies when their services are used.

Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies and site storage. Your browser may also let you clear local storage or control tracking protections.

If you block or delete necessary cookies or storage, ImagePackAI may not be able to keep you signed in, process purchases, display credit balances, run generation requests, preserve generation history, or provide downloads.

Your choices are usually browser-specific and device-specific, so you may need to repeat them on each browser or device you use.

Changes to Cookie and Storage Practices

We may update these cookie and storage practices from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where reasonable.
