Copyright Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-20. This Copyright Policy explains user responsibility for inputs and outputs, copyright complaints, takedown requests, counter-notices, and repeat infringement.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and use of generated images do not infringe third-party rights.
Third-party providers may impose their own technical, safety, usage, retention, output, licensing, and legal requirements. Commercial use, licensing, restrictions, and rights clearance depend on the upstream model or service used, its policies, your inputs, and the actual output.
Generated images may be similar to outputs generated for other users. ImagePackAI does not provide legal, copyright, trademark, patent, commercial-use, or brand-safety clearance, and does not guarantee that outputs are original, copyrightable, trademark-safe, commercially safe, patent-safe, free from third-party rights, or suitable for a particular use.
Takedown Requests
If you believe content on ImagePackAI infringes your copyright, send a notice to the email below with enough information for us to identify the allegedly infringing content, including the URL, generation identifier, image link, or other specific location if available.
Your notice should identify the copyrighted work you claim was infringed, explain your relationship to that work, provide your name and contact information, and include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Your notice should also include a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner. If applicable law requires a signature or declaration under penalty of perjury, include it.
We may remove or disable access to content, restrict accounts, preserve records, or request additional information when we receive a copyright complaint.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have authorization, you may contact us with a counter-notice.
A counter-notice should identify the removed content, explain why removal was mistaken or authorized, provide your contact information, and include any statements required by applicable law.
We may forward your counter-notice to the complaining party where appropriate or required.
Repeat Infringement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit content that creates legal or safety risk.
We may also restrict credits, generation history, uploads, downloads, or access to specific features when copyright or rights-clearance issues arise.
